DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

What is the program?

Our Diversity Development Program (DDP) focuses on providing students of all backgrounds the opportunity to learn about investment research and various finance related career paths. DDP is a 9-week program administered by MEF. Selected members will be invited to meetings and given a one-on-one mentor to work with throughout the program to aid in their professional development.

Who can apply? 

The program is open to diverse freshmen and sophomore UMass Amherst undergraduates interested in learning about the stock market and related career paths in finance. Students of all majors are encouraged to apply.

What is included in the program?

  • 1:1 mentorship from a senior member

  • Hands on equity research experience

  • Exposure to fund meetings & topics

  • Guaranteed final round interview for Spring 2024 Junior Analyst position
